I accidentally deleted CoD Advanced Warfare. I went to store and hit buy' thinking it would say" you already own this game " it just charged me $63.99!! Now what?

Charged for a game i already purchased!

I purchased a game in the past on my xbox 360 (Total miner forge) then I tried to download it again however this time it charged me £2.70 on my other xbox 360 with the same account i bought it on before.

If it shows complete then you've been charged for the game. You won't be charged again because you already own it.

How do I get Microsoft to contact me or me contact them to stop the unauthorized charges?

You can request a call back by going here, support.xbox.com/contact-us. Also, you should be able to contact your bank, and ask them to cancel the payments for that subscription, since you never authorized it.
