Charged for a game but didnt recive it

Hello.

I wanted to purchase cyberpunk 2077 on my original 500 GB Xbox series s. I chose to pay with my paysafe card account and when i filled all of the information in i payed and accidentally pressed the b button when the purchase processed window was open i panicked because i didn't have the option to download or check in quee option i looked on my paysafe account and i was missing about 30 $ i spent on the game. I searched the problem on google and saw that someone had the same problem as me someone replied to his question that i have to check on microsoft web page if the order is in "order history" so i did the exact same but it wasnt showing up on there.

So please someone help me.

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search in Xbox support, where they mention the following when a purchase is debited, but it does not appear in the order history and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

If you don't see charges in your purchase history, you may be signed in to the wrong Microsoft account, or your billing information may be associated with another account (for example, another Xbox family member).

If you have multiple Microsoft accounts associated with your payment option, sign in to each account to review your purchase history.

I preordered Unravel also in 8 feb. but didnt recive a code yet

And also the codes for gears of war for preordering the ultimate eddition

I recived 4 codes 2 worked and 2 didnt worked :GOW 1 and GOW 3 , it say when try to redeem it: something went wrong .
