Charged Extra $1 (approx) after subscribing to Xbox Game Pass PC (Beta)

I wonder if maybe there was anything involved with trying the Ultimate deal? There has been special promotions to try this for $1 as well, so as it's a $1 charge, I wonder if you were (even accidentally) signed up to try the Ultimate special for $1 perhaps?

Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support asking about the extra $1 that you got charged for Game Pass.

(note) There is currently a $2 deal / promotion for Game pass. First, you could always check your online purchase history to see what you were charged for exactly:

You can also go to (within your console) the settings - account - subscriptions… to see if your subscription renewed.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and explain to you what got charged and if needed the agent would be able to walk you through the
refund process.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

If you have Xbox Game Pass Console only, you would need to subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass PC Beta separately in order to access Game Pass content there. However, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes both versions (Console and PC).

I think the PC Game Pass is public release in Thailand because in Xbox game pass page (เว็บไซต์อย่างเป็นทางการของ Xbox: PC Game Pass เกม แอป | Xbox) I can subscribe for only 29Baht(Approx. 1$) for first 3 months

My windows is windows insider version. Is that relate to the problem?

Before I posted this question, I asked Microsoft support chat and they said to redeem this code I have to give my account to friend, family or someone I know in US to redeem for me then change my password after finish redeem for the security.

That's solution very strange. After that, I've just realized that the problem might be the location then I change location in my computer and it's work

So, what's the real problem? And what is the correct process to redeem my code?
