Charged despite Cancelling subscription, need refund.

Despite canceling my subscription before it renewed, it renewed for the month of November anyways. There was no option to stop this or refund it the day it happened and I haven't touched my xbox since canceling it 2 days before the subscription renewed. How can I get a refund?

To request a refund kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number for the renewal charge. Once done, submit a refund form through this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

Yes, you will continue to be charged. Because you need to cancel the Recurring charge, friend.

No need to cancel the subscription if it was already cancelled but what you need is to submit a refund request if you got charged for this. Do you see the order on your order history for the charge though?

Unfortunately you will not receive a refund as subscriptions are non refundable and you won't be charged any fees for cancelling. If you wish to cancel immediately you'll need to contact Xbox Support, or you can switch off auto renewal and you won't be charged
when the subscription expires

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. If you cancel the subscription most times it auto refunds the charge if recently charged.
Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
turn off recurring charge.
