Hi

I have been charged 109.95 yesterday 11/04/23 by msbill.info. I have checked my account and the only ongoing subscription / purchase has been Xbox game pass which have all come out of my account separately. My partner has checked their account and the card used isnt the same for their account. Can you please investigate this charge as I have not bought anything of above amount.

Is it the same amount from your recent payment of your subscription on your order history? Maybe it was a duplicate transaction that got failed. Some failed transaction may debit your card and could take few days before it's credited back to your account.

If you have no other accounts where you could find the $109.95, it's recommended that you contact your bank to dispute the charge.

Please let me know what the charge Microsoft*Ultimate is for, it's in the amount of $16.23. I

checked the msbill.info site and logged into my account, it shows we have no recent orders (past 6 months).

Looking at msbill.info site you don't even have this charge listed.
