Charged annual fee to card not associated with my account

Log in here and locate the “Transactions” section.

In that section you will find the “Investigate” button, click on it and enter the data requested to track the payment, it will give you an indication of the account from which it comes from.

If the payment is not registered in the system or appears associated with an account that you do not know, you must immediately report it to your bank, it is possible that your data is compromised.

Just curious as to why I need to keep credit card information on my account, because i only used it the one time because of the 20% off sale. Could it be because the fee is charged after the 13 months? Oh, and because the fee is charged annually, so once
these 13 months are done, i dont want it to recharge on my parents credit card since there is no option to make it not re subscribe on the credit card ( that i can see)

How about gold or nothing? Make XBOX the elite upper class gaming system. If someone wants online, purchase a gold membership. No different then buying a gym membership or an annual fee that a credit card charges for there "perks".

We can't remember the account details, log in details or password. The XBOX hasn't been used in 3 years and I just keep getting charged the annual subscription fee. I thought when I got a new credit card I would be asked to update the card details and then I could cancel the subscription. The account pay be an email we no longer have access to but we don't know. I use one myself with NY Nintendo switch pro I get 1% back with games and eventually you can graduate to a real card

(Guarented secured cards which help your credit some dont have e annual fees)

With vanilla cards it's q gamble and you pay activation and transaction fees and they don't report and help your credit

And if you aren't careful you pay maintenance fees
