    I have cancelled my xbox game pass and turned off auto renew and it says it will expire in 6 days but yesterday I was charged £10.99 again? Why is this?

    Correct, Arjun. Please click on "PayNow" for the Xbox game pass ultimate, you will not be charged again since you have already been charged.

    won't season pass holders get charged again by downloading from the market place/dashboard? i bought the season pass. i don't want to pay again for content i got with the season pass.

    The marketplace will always charge you for the game, unless you have bought it.work just look for it in the marketplace and then it should say down load again if you already have it. In the case of TWAU and TWD if you buy the pass you are good. Just download
    the new content from the inside the game and not the market place or you will be charged again.

    Season passes not working.

    Also, make sure you download any content for season passes THROUGH THE GAME itself. Trying to download any from the Marketplace will charge you for the content again. Only in game downloading will give you the content free with your season pass.
