I expect what you are seeing in your bank is pre authorisations. If you can only see 1 transaction that went through in your order history, then the other payments you are seeing will not go through. The money has been ringfenced but will be released back to you.

okay so, let me explain i was charged twice for 1 game, then when i requested the refund i only got refunded once when i submitted the request i stated i wanted the refund for both charges and thus me not getting the game

This is where it is confusing as you stated in your original post:

"when this happened it charged me again but i got the game"
