    I bought a digital card for 17$, I have my receipt. My mom calls her card and he says 17$ was charged twice, but I can't find the second transaction to refund it.

    Your Mom would need to query the second transaction with the card provider.
    This seems to be an issue at the point of sale.

    If it was brought in a store then you will need to go to that store with the receipt.

    If it was Online you can check to see what that charge was at:

    http://commerce.microsoft.com.

    If you were double billed, you will need to contact billing support to reverse the charge.
