you will be charged 10.99 from june, it has converted and cancelled and stacked your existing subs into ultimate. you now have one sub, then when june comes along you will be charged at the rate of 10.99 per month unless you cancel auto renew and let it lapse.

You'll need to go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and log in with your account or log in with any other accounts you might have and check any subscriptions.

If you've already done that, you'll need to dispute the charge with your bank/card issuer to get the payments stopped.

But is it right that I am being charged separately for Ultimate (£10.99) and Gold (£6.99)?

If I look at my subs on the Microsoft account it just shows Ultimate @ £10.99, there's no mention of a £6.99 anywhere, but it's showing in my bills?
