    Charge me twice for the same content I already purchased?


    I bought ultimate game pass with the understanding that content I purchased on my xbox and can be played on xbox for pc, I would be able to install on my pc for no additional charge but they want to charge a second time for content I already purchased?
    Very disappointing.

    It all depends on which game you are trying to play. Some games are called play anywhere titles that allow you to buy it once for both pc and Xbox, others require you to buy it both times

    What are you trying to play? The only way to play content on the PC without being charged again is if it's a Play Anywhere title or it is part of Game Pass for PC.

    I already did contact them. They said I would have to pay for the content again for xbox for PC even though they verified I already purchased it for my xbox. I do not feel this is right but I do not know what to do at this point? I would like to play the
    xbox content I purchased on xbox for pc but I do not want to purchase it a second time.

    subscription / billing issue that you're currently experiencing.

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
