    Character and environment have a mesh and not very clear look


    I have an original xbox one and a 4k Samsung TV. The environment has a mesh look and is not clear. I know the picture is not the best But that is what it looks like. I'm not sure if this has been solved or not. I have tried setting the sharpness down and
    the contrast and still looked the same. So any help is appreciated!

    Does it stay like that as you get closer? Or do the textures pop in?

    Hi Kyle,

    Thanks for your post! Are you experiencing this with all games or just the one referenced in the photo? To further troubleshoot, try resetting the console video settings by
    powering off the console, unplugging it for 30 seconds, then pressing the eject and power buttons together to power it back on. The console's resolution will be low on startup but, once the console has booted, you can change the resolution
    back from Settings>Display & Sound>Video Output>TV Resolution.

    Please let us know how this goes.

    Yes it happens with all open world games. I did your suggestion and it is still the same.
