chapad, strange behaviour with numlock key and special characters

I just bought my chatpad and installed without troubles trough the xbox accessories app.

The chatpad works fine except when I want to write some special characters, i.e.: if I want "ó", when I use the orange button and "o" I noticed that the num_lock key is pressed and in some text apps apparently others keys are pressed too.

With a program, I used a macro recorder and discovered that the next keystrokes are sent:

num_lock + alt_numpad0 + alt_numpad2 + alt_numpad4 + alt_numpad3, in this case, "alt +0243" that generates the "ó" character.

The annoying thing is that if I press again one of the character that need an "alt combination", the num_lock key is pressed again and an "alt_pageDown" keystroke is sent instead of a "alt_numpad3" because the behavior of the numpad was changed and that
makes my cursor to jump as you can imagine.

( ¿?¡!+=- and many others characters are not affected)

Is this the normal behavior for some of the special characters or I should ask for a change to my distributor?

Is there some how to change this behavior?

I could deactivate the num_lock key using AHK but is not ideal.

I have the last windows 10 upgrade (I think: 10.0.17134.165)

for now I'm using the controller wired, i don't have the usb wireless adapter

It happens with all regional keyboard configurations I tried

I'm using a acer nitro 5 in case it's relieved

Strange thing is that the Bad @@@ rank is linked to the game save.



But, the Keys are linked to the Profile (since the total number of Keys are spread over all your characters).



So ... the glitch effects both areas?

 

Strange family behaviour

Hello.

I'm not sure if this should go here or not but I recieved several email's yesterday around 4-6:30pm with titles like:

Person X is no longer a family member

Person Y accepted your request

Person Y is no longer a family member

abut strangest of all was one saying that I'd been removed from my own family and needed an adult to re-add me (I'm 25)

Has this happened to a lot of people or is it a new thing?
