    Changing the email linked to rewards


    I have just switched my primary email address on my Microsoft account and deleted the old one. However, on my rewards page, under where my name is, in the top corner, it still appears that my rewards are linked to the old email address. Is there a way of
    fixing this? I have deleted the old address from every place on my account that I can see, but yeah still having this problem.

    (This is posted in discussion aswell, but it would not allow for edits to move across, so apologies for having to post twice.)

    i have been trying to change me email that is linked to my account because it is an old email i can remember the password and email for it but when i try to change it to my new email which i use all i get is an error and when i look up the error it say that
    there isn't an error with that code 8016FE6. is there any reason to why it will not let me change my email?

    Hi SimonAsh286. When did you update your email address? It can take a few days for our system to receive the change.

    The primary alias I changed a few days ago, but I only realised I had to change the billing address separately, yesterday.

    We use your billing email address, so since you updated that yesterday, wait a few days and it should update. If not, contact us again as there may be another issue. Thanks!

    Hi,

    since the Rewards app has no offers anymore and the Rewards system had changed I guess you redeemed the points at the website.

    If you have already checked the spam folder of your email provider you have to contact the Rewards support.

    You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards website.
