    Changing region doesnt change the billing addres on xbox pc when redeeming xbox gamepass


    I have tried changing my Microsoft account to my country Indonesia to redeem an xbox gamepass, but when the screen prompt for add an address pop up it still shows that my region is the US so i cannot add my billing address

    It's because Xbox Game Pass is not supported in Indonesia. Changing your account region won't bypass that.

    Contact Xbox Support and explain what is happening to You, this is pretty weird, It should be redeem in the same region You bought the game, You may also try to change the region of the site (Pc) and see which region You Will be able to redeem It or even
    change the region of your Xbox One and see which region It Will work, but it's not so fast to change region like Pc.

    I see. So, actually, I've been searching and yes, I think the gamepass catalogue also differs from region to region. But, you could try to cancel your recurring billing change the region of your PC, and also when you try to purchase the gamepass again, try to purchase it via the US store, to see if it works.

    Well no as if you aren't in an xbox live supported country or gamepass ultimate region changing regions won't help since your payment option. MUST match the region
