    Changing Privacy Settings on PC


    I am trying to change my kids privacy settings via windows 10. Every time I try, I get this. I have tried on different devices, and networks and it keeps happening. I have even called microsoft and they do not know what is going on. Does anyone have a fix or what do I do? My account is completely screwed???? I'm so frustrated I'm ready to cry!

    TO ANYONE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE....I ASKED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF MY PHONE CALL TO MICROSOFT, IF MY XBOX NEEDED TO BE HOOKED UP FOR THIS TO WORK, AS WE WERE MOVING THINGS AROUND AND OUR CONSOLE WAS NOT HOOKED UP AT THE TIME. HE SAID NO.....GUESS WHAT, IT STARTED WORKING AFTER MY HUSBAND HOOKED UP THE CONSOLE.....30 MINS AFTER TRYING TO TALK TO THE GUY, AND FINALLY HAVING TO GET OFF THE PHONE TO TAKE MY KIDS TO SCHOOL. A SIMPLE SOLUTION THAT HE NEVER GAVE ME!!!

    Don't be sorry. I want to close this one because I don't use it anymore, I have another one :)

    That's the problem, I can't close it in that page, because of the Microsoft Points (that I have not).

    Also, i'm in Portugal so I guess it's not a good idea to call those numbers ;)

    I'm sorry to hear you want to close your account.

    If you want to close your account you can do so by logging into
    http://account.live.com/     and then scrolling down to the bottom and clicking 'Close account'

    However, I highly recommend you give Xbox Support a call on 1-800-469-9269 or 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they can escalate the issues you're having to get those issues solved for you.
