Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get this passcode circumvented. I can totally see how this could throw anyone off. If you are interested in registering your console so that you can follow the steps provided by @ArminatorX
,we have a guide called
Register (or unregister) your Xbox that also applies to the 360 as well.

When you get the chance, do totally give that a try and you might save yourself an interaction with support directly.

Be aware that a few months ago, someone reported that the link to "Manage" is missing. If that is the case, you might have to contact the official support via
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

The problem with contacting support currently however is, that due to the Corona pandemic, the hotline support is understaffed. Also not all options on the contact page will get you to an option where you can talk to an agent, and to make everything even
more complicated: Depending on the country, different options in the selection give you different results.

So I can only suggest you try multiple combinations (usually the ones in the Subscription & Billing category are the most promising) until you get a combination that allows you to request a callback from the official support or contact chat support.
