Changing my settings to allow multiplayer games.

Hi,

I need to change my settings to allow multiplayer games(Like Sea of Thieves). When I try to edit that setting it says that an unexpected error has appeared and that message keeps popping up day after day. I have no idea what I can do now. I have contacted
multipe tech supportes but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I even tried adding an adult account to monitor my account and put my originial account to child but even then I can't edit the settings. For the adult account the settings where automatically
all on.

I really hope someone can help because I bought the game 3 days ago and I still haven't played a minute.

Not being able to play multiplayer games online because of how my account is set up

Whenever I try to play a multiplayer game online on my Xbox One it says I can't because of how my account is set up and it can be changed in my privacy and onine safety settings on Xbox.com. But I pressed "allow" on everything on my settings (including Join
Multiplayer Games) and it still won't work and still displays that message. How do I fix this? I want to be able to play multiplayer games?
