    Changing my profile picture


    I dont know what xbox did but i can no longer upload a custom gamerpicture. For the past like 3 years i was able to do that then 2 days ago it said "you need to be an adult" or something like that to chang my picture. As you can tell by my current profile
    picture i was able to change it and i dont know why that just stopped working. I checked my account and dob and it says adult and i have access to everything. Even my siblings who are younger than me still have access to this function. If someone can provide
    me with a permanent solution to fix this, that would be great.

    Hello Venom,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. There seems to be an issue after the last update with this. A lot have had the gamer pic change too. We recommend just being patient and see if in near future a patch comes out to resolve this.

    Gamerpic bug?

    When I take a picture using the website, it doesn't actually change the gamerpic used on my profile.

    My profile picture keeps getting removed for no reason?

    I checked and there was nothing. When I upload the image, it stays as my Xbox profile picture for about 40 seconds then my picture changes back to a default Xbox profile picture. I have tested it on other pictures and they do not get removed.

    I have somthing similar i try to change mine to somthing i want but it takes hour on end so i figured maybe i just need to choose diff one then switch back to one inwant so i do the custom image i dnt want gets verified right away the one inwant will tske
    hours to be verified also do u guys not work on fridays through sunday cuz i have this problem and the only times it wont change or get verifified is a friday through sunday sooooo idk wat the deal is but ppl shoudlnt have to w8 48hr for a gamerpiv change
    sooo if u have a conputer checking the pics is kinda dumb and u should get a smart one lol cuz its kinda dumb waiting

    Hi Xpfb, Since this virus is out we are unable to change our profile picture. Once the virus is gone we may change our profile picture.
