The control can be by the IP number, MAC number of the network card or a control file recorded on the disk, you don't need to change the disk, if you want to insist, you can try the following:

Change network card MAC number: buy a network card and use it in place of the connection on the motherboard.

I’ve contacted epic and they said they could not do anything about it. I just ask a MS employee and they said that if I change my Processor it will change my Hardware ID.

hardware bans take id's from various parts of the pc, namely the cpu serial and gpu, you would probably have to replace those and fully re install and change account. best thing to do is contact epic and activistion and see if there is a solution to your predicament

You won’t see anything that requires advanced processing features on it, and very few I’d any games. These are supposed to compete with Chromebooks in educational settings. Xcloud needs certain things supported in the hardware to mitigate lag.

I highly recommend you return or sell it if games are important to you, and purchase an AMD or Intel based laptop or desktop
