Changing my Microsoft account to a different account

By changing accounts (different emails with different gamertags) then you would lose everything.

But if you are wanting to change the email address to your gamertag then you wouldn't lose anything.

If you change the Microsoft Account (MSA) on a gamertag everything will stay like you achievements and game saves so no worries on that but make sure you spend all your currency if you have any before changing MSA as you wont carry over to the new MSA.

the only thing you can change is the email address used to sign into a Microsoft Account (Xbox Live Account), this will only change the email address used to sign into the account. (It doesn't transfer the full Xbox Live Account to a different Microsoft
Account)

Changing gamertags, will only result in a different gamertag, it does not change the account or take any save game progress with it.
