    Changing membership from monthly to annual


    I changed my membership from monthly to annual. The games I downloaded during the monthly membership will not open since the monthly membership was cancelled. Can't believe Microsoft sees this as a problem as I am using the same credit card. Any thoughts

    I believe that your subscription may perhaps be in a suspended or past due state due to you switching your subscription billing cycle. You are immediately billed upon switching the type of subscription, however there are rare instances where the payment
    gets stuck in limbo. In this scenario you would have to settle that past due balance first by visiting the
    Services & subscriptions page provided in the link above.

    Order History
    and viewing your Subscriptions in settings, if the subscription is not there, then there could have been an issue completing the purchase.

    To view your subscription history, visit: Settings>Subscriptions; there you will see all past and active subscriptions with billing information and start/end dates.

    Did as you suggested and the purchases are shown. The only change I've made was a week ago I had to change my password due to Microsoft not suddenly recognising my account. The only game I want that I can't access is forza 4

    I started the monthly service in November and went to the annual in December. Didn't cancel monthly until 4/24 when the problem started. I'm a little surprised Microsoft didn't notice I was still paying the monthly when I had gone on tothe annual plan.
    My fault I guess. But no the annual is paid thru November
