    Xbox not recognizing my email/password to set up "proofs"

    It's giving me a glitch when changing my billing info, but I'm not here to change billing info.

    problems with changing my billing info.

    hi. i was traing to purshing tekken6 for xbox one. i get a message that i need to change my billing info. go and trying and do it. and where it stands country it stands new york i think. in oter words its the wrong country for me. i live in norway. but
    that thing is kinda locked i can't change it all. the other tings to fill in is fine. so would be weary helpful if some of the support team here could log in to my user or fix it with ur users. and change the country to norway. i think that the only thing
    that releay **** upp for men.

    with this problem. i can't bay any of the xbox360 games. need to go to store and bay em. and they might dont having it.

    Unfortunately, we have not yet been provided with a resolution for the issue we described in your previous post at (What do I need to get my credit deposit?).

    Yes and it has to match your physical location

    Account region actual region and console.region and language region MUST match in order to get backwards compatibility titles

    Includinf games with gold which this game is no longer apart of FYI

    For.the best experience with xbox live ALL those things must match

    There is finally a New Zealand location now in the Xbox settings (or maybe I didn't see it there before) I'll give it another go.

    The billing information has to match the region/location you are trying to change your account to.
