    I singed into an account on Minecraft with a Microsoft account I lost my information to my old account already connected to Minecraft so I had a make a new Microsoft account and now I can’t swap accounts to play online Minecraft but I have a new account but it just won’t let me swap over(I forgot my old accoun

    Was it always over 18? Changing the age on your MS account would not change the age on your Xbox account.

    If you are over 18, you can change it back. If not, then you can't until you are over 18. To learn how to change your kid account into an adult account, click here:

    The age on your account cannot be changed. Even if it has been changed on account.microsoft.com it does not carry over to the gamertag.
