Changing account to Adult

When I change my account to adult I have this problem that when I go into profile to upload a custom image as my player icon, it says "For custom images, you need to be older" and I tried on the Xbox App but it just says "You need to be an adult". Please
help me fix.

@mysweaty he didn't make an adult account

He took over his 7year old sons account

Which as mentioned once set the age of an account cannot be changed and it has always been legally binding

The birthdate on your Xbox account is permanent. If you changed the birthdate on your Microsoft account via account.microsoft.com to make your account an adult account that does not translate over to Xbox. You will need to wait until the birthdate on your
account that was originally entered becomes 18.

The adult account need to upgrade to adult or wait until the child account becomes adult in prder to change it...

Adult as in the age of the account has to be 18. Setting your account to adult but having a non adult age will not allow your to change it.

I will contact them 2morow all i want is acces as a a adult to origin ea and dont loose all the games on the account.

i knew the micrsoft will be a bad choice but u need to find out for yourself.........

support is rubish 1 choice and u basicly *** lol

i will call them and se what they can say about this, if not i will pursuit this matter

You can contact support, but since the age on the account is under 18, there is nothing they can do to change it to an adult account. You would have to create a new account with your birthdate. The UK number is 0800 587 1102
