    Im trying tooclink my xbox account too my new pc, i have all the login details but its asking for a pin too prove who i am, but i dont even remember setting up a pin in the first place, is there anyway for support too do if for me? I have tried everything and looked it up aswell and im still clueless.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your PIN on your new PC. Are you referring to Windows Hello PIN? If yes, you may remove it by following these steps:

    Open the Windows 11 “Start” menu and click on “Settings”.

    with the "Settings" menu open, click on "Accounts"

    in the right side menu, click on “Sign-in options”.

    click on the item “PIN (Windows Hello)” and click “Remove”.

    a message will ask if you really want to remove your Windows PIN.

    Sorry to hear it. In order to reset the pin the person who put it on will either need to enter the correct pin or type in the wrong pin 3 times before they're given an option to enter their password if they've forgotten the pin
