Changes my Microsoft email address and now can’t log into Xbox anymore

We have the same problem. I wanted to change email address’ as old email is no longer accessible. I have filled out the verification form twice. First attempt was met with a reply saying I had to contact my internet provider, second reply was congratulations we have verified your account. I still can’t log into profile as Microsoft are saying it’s going to take one month to change the details.

So in conclusion I can’t log into my profile as they’re sending verification codes to my old inaccessible email address...extremely frustrating!

Have you tried logging on to the parent account to change the email address? I understand that the email doesn't exist anymore, but can you log into the GT accociated with it? If so, you can change the email address then accept
the new terms of use.

Now it says that i can’t even log in to my account on xbox 360 anymore

I asked my stepson to delete my email from his Xbox as me and his mum are divorcing. But he's done something where I now can't log in, receive or send emails. It says Account doesn't exist. Please help, I need to recover this

Was the email that was deleted a Microsoft email? I ask because per https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...nt/change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

I’m having the same problem. I can’t log into my fortnite because it says that my email doesn’t work anymore.
