Changement de gamertag impossible [Cannot Change Gamertag]

Bonjour/bonsoir toutes et tous, je vous contacte car j'ai acheté forza horizon 4 tout récemment et donc j'ai créé mon compte xbox live tout le tralala, un gamertag au hasard m'a été proposé juste pour débuter sauf qu'il ne me plaisait pas. Donc je me
suis dis que j'allais le changer après ma session de jeu sachant qu'on peut normalement le changer une seule fois gratuitement sinon il faut payer 10€. Mais je me suis rendu compte en allant dans l'appli xbox qu'il m'étais impossible de changer mon Gamertag
gratuitement une fois, on me propose direct de payer 10€, alors j'aimerais savoir si quelqu'un pourrait me venir en aider parce franchement la c'est pas classe d'avoir un pseudo pareil sur un jeu online surtout qu'on ne l'a même pas choisi. Merci d'avance

dysfonctionnement au niveau du premier changement de mon gamertag

Bonjour, j'avais un changement de gamertag gratuit qui date de mon passage de la xbox 360 la xbox one. Je n'ai jamais fait se changement mais aujourd'hui lorsque j'ai voulu le changé on me demande de payé. Puis-je espéré récupérer se changement de garmertag
? (en plus le mien il pu et chuis pas sataniste enfait )

Changement Gamertag

Il n'y a pas d'autres solutions ... Le changement de gamertag doit se faire depuis la console.

Hey Anthony,

Upon creation of an Xbox account, you are assigned a randomly generated
Gamertag which you are allowed to change once for free. Afterwards, any Gamertag change will come with a fee in this case the 10 Euros. It could be that the one time change was done accidently, resulting in the fee showing upon on your end.

J'ai déj été sur le site oui mais impossible de changer le gamertag, je ne comprend pas parce que je n'ai jamais touché au gamertag présent actuellement qui est celui qui m'a été attribué, il n'y a pas d'autre moyen de le changer ?

En effet, le système de changement de gamertag considère qu'un changement ne capitalisation dune lettre n'est pas considéré comme un changement de GamerTag. Il n'est pas techniquement possible de le changer directement.

La seule solution serait de faire un double changement, donc de payer 2x9,99 sauf si tu n'a pas encore changé de GamerTag (il y a un changement gratuit si aucun changement n'a été effectué).

Dans ce cas, la manipulation serait de changer ton GT actuel vers un temporaire, puis de passer du temporaire vers le GT avec capitalisation.

Indeed, the gamertag change system considers that a change in the capitalization of a letter is not considered as a change of the GamerTag. It is not technically possible to change it directly.

The only solution would be to make a double change, therefore to pay 2x9.99 unless you have not yet changed your GamerTag (there is a free change if no change has been made).

In this case, the manipulation would be to change your current GT to a temporary one, then to switch from the temporary to the capitalized GT.
