    I have 2. Am trying to get it through Xbox app. I just don't know what to do. I have 2 dif. gamer tags. But the games were downloaded from the app store.

    once you log in your new computer, it should be in the store library ready to be downloaded.

    Are you using the same profile that bought/downloaded the game initially? Have you checked to make sure that you're set as the home Xbox account on the new device?

    If it is not there when you log into your account you should reach out to one of the forums for the game or their support group directly.
