Changed recurring bill for gamepass and now it's canceled.

The payment for my ultimate gamepass subscription came of my account, so I wanted it to come of later in the month. So I only turned of my recurring payment. Afterwards my gamepass was not working and canceled. But the money still came of my account.

I did not cancel the subscription, I only stopped the recurring bill after the money came off.

If you canceled then you have to wait till your bank processes the refund

It takes upto 72 hours to issue and then 5-7 business days for your bank tk actually issue it

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:
