    Changed Password on XBOX Live Cannot Login on Xbox One


    Hi I changed my password on my Microsoft account and when I go to log into the Xbox one all I get is a green circle on the "Who are you ?" login page. Have tried hard reset and still doesn't work.

    WL won't accept account password

    This happened to me once before and is now happening again. Something has run ammock with Xbox Live - I can log into my acount via the web, but cannot login to xbox live on my console. I changed my password and still cannot login. Non of the other accounts
    on my xbox are working either. Microsoft needs to fix this recurring issue!

    I had to change my number and now I have to wait 30 days to even login to my xbox. This seems real excessive to have to wait to play games or use a game machine. I give up really. Got a machine that just sits now and it sucks.

    I'm so sorry your having a few issues logging into your account.

    Go to settings, Account, Remove Account (yours). Wait a couple of mins while this completes.

    Turn off Xbox

    Turn on Xbox

    Press the Home button to log in

    Add new

    Sign in with your email address and new password on your Xbox Live account.

    Wait a couple of seconds.

    Press continue twice make sure advanced error reporting on second screen is ticked.

    No barriers if you don't want parental control.

    Press your sign in preference to either sign in straight away or link controller or skip this.

    Was your number or email you linked to your Xbox?

    If you have an email linked to your live account you can log in via email.

    Fixed it just deleted my account from Xbox and then added it again. Logged back in and it was fine.
