Changed Password forced by authentication app

I need help and got hung up on intentionally 3 times. I still can’t log into my gamerlogin and no one would help! Severely disappointed!

Change the password on your account, it won't let you log back in on a console until you provide the new password.

Or you can just change your password, all logged in devices will be forced to re-authenticate. or just sign onto another xbox and that will force the other account to sign out. hope that helps.

There's 2 things you could do. You could either change your password to a shorter one or create an app password. The app password would be a second password for your account so your current password would still work in other areas.

Go to https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and enable Two Step Verification if not already done so.

Below that, set up the Authenticator App.

After you set up the Authenticator App, you should see another paragraph below with the option to create an app password.

Create such an app password and use that password instead of your regular password on the Xbox 360.

If your having problems changing the email to this account, I would recommend that you change your password to it first and setup some of the advanced authentications sources. I like using the Microsoft Accounts (Athenticator) app to approve authentication
requests into the my account

That's not good at all. The only way an authenticator app would be used is if the person originally had your login details. If you've shared your personal information in the past with others they may have done this. You could try downloading the same authenticator app and change the email access for it but some authenticators are specific to platforms.

If that's the case I'm afraid the only way to get your info removed from it may be from the source itself. You would need to physically remove the authenticator from the app then log out and change your password.
