Changed my gamertag, and it went through but shows the new one and the old one?

Im having the same problems. I changed my gamertag twice. And its still showing my old gamertag. I did the first free one then paid for a new one but the money went through and the gamertag didnt *obvious Microsoft move* but we just got to suffer and wait
I guess.

What gamertag is showing on https://account.xbox.com/Settings? Is it the new one or the old one?

When you play your games on your Xbox, does it show your new gamertag?
Which section or page you see the old one?

i downloaded his profile and the old one went off my system and all the saves changed to his new gamertag so everything seems good. thanks for the fast reply.

I changed my gamertag earlier today and is it doing the same thing. in games it comes up my new gamertag but in partys it shows my old one. i know its nothing big but it is reallly annoying its doing it with my friends aswell so i can see their old gamertag
instead of their new one. :L

Hello, did you complete the $10 payment for changing your gamertag?? Since you said the new and old gamertags show up next to each other, it sounds like you went into your profile and added it there instead of paying for a new one. I could be wrong, I would check for payment first.
