Changed my email, cannot access solitaire games.

Thank you for the response. I was able to add an alias email to my xbox account, however my main problem is I cannot access the email of my original account. I have many accounts under that email and I need access to it in order to change the email.

All of a sudden my Microsoft Solitaire Collection cannot be logged in to.

I'm logged into Xbox.com as it tells me to do.

I can't access my Tripeaks game which I've been playing for a few years,

cannot be done, you cannot transfer it to a new email as the xbox account IS the microsoft account, you would need to create a new account and have your parents account set as home on the console so you can access the games on the new account.

if you try changing the email via the alias setting then your parent will lose access and it will affect their email.

If you cannot access your gmail account you will have to contact their support.

My Solitaire games message says "there was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Refer to code 101_107_1"

I cannot find any info to help me.
