Changed Microsoft Account Login ID, now cannot log into Solitare and can't install Mahjong on ...

A few days ago I changed my main email to an outlook account. I updated my xbox login. I can login to Microsoft Jigsaw, where I have a premium account. I can't log into the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, though it will let me play as a guest. On Microsoft
Mahjong was not able to get past 'You have logged out of your account on another device and you must return to the main window', where the login fails. I've tried uninstalling/reinstallingMicrosoft Mahjong, but suddenly it will not download and install
again, telling me basically it can't install, try later. I am using a Windows 10 PC, with all updates current as of today. I have tried, after insuring I have all currant downloads the following:

1 a. Turned off all services except Microsoft using msconfig.

b. Stopped all services via Task Manager.

c. Did a clean reboot

d. Tried to reinstall, same results, download/install fails.

2 a Ran CCleaner registry tool and removed a ton of bad references.

b performed the clean boot described in step #1 above

c. Same results - can play solitaire collection as guest, can play Jigsaw Premium as normal, cannot install Mahjong.

I'm starting to suspect it has nothing to do with my PC, but something with my account.

Any Ideas?

Microsoft Mahjong

Recently, I cannot login to play Microsoft mahjong with xbox gamertag. I can play using a friends Microsoft account and logging in with xbox id.

How come I can use his account and not login with my Microsoft account ? Error codes (ox409) 0x 83750007

Please advise.

 

Lost my Microsoft Mahjong and Solitare on laptop

I was having trouble with Microsoft Mahjong and Solitare on Windows 8. When I tried to start the program, it reported an XBox error and terminated. One of the issues was that, even though I could log into Xbox.com, it kept showing "loading" instead
of my login name on selected pages. I checked for fixes and one recommended removing and re-installing. Great idea. Now I have no Mahjong or Solitare and I cannot find anywhere on the Xbox site to re-install. What a gem Microsoft has created with Windows
8. Does anyone know how to recover from this. Even better, is there anywhere that I can actually purchase a copy of these two games that are the same or at least similar quality?
