    Changed the main alias of my Microsoft account, and although it said it could pass until 48 hours to sync the change in all the services, it's been 4 days and still neither can play online nor sync all my progress.

    Regarding your issue, you will need to try first making sure that the e-mail has been successfully applied and that all your details are correct.

    If the issue still persists please try signing out and signing in to the Xbox App, or uninstalling the App and installing it again.

    Hi, checked my services and all are correct, they display the new alias even when I login with the previous one, including the Xbox app.

    But when I try to play, it pops out a window showing my gamertag, hit the "Let's play!" button and then it says it can't sync my data from the cloud.

    Tried uninstalling the games and the Xbox app and reinstalling them twice, but the issue still persists (and lost all the progress didn't sync).

    Please try checking your network connection to the PC, it could be the one causing the issue of your App not being able to sync your data from the cloud.
