Changed Gamertag and all add on in Halo Infinite are gone.

I recently changed my gamertag and after logging into halo infinite all battle passes were reset and the one I bought is no longer available. Its like I created a new account. How do I get my progress back

No. They definitely don't support racism. But as long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. Investigations can take time though so it won't always take place immediately. I think they also do things like forced gamertag changes in waves.
