Changed gamer tag but, it hasn't been updated

You may have changed a Gamertag under a different Microsoft account, Xuoolducix. Kindly check all your owned Microsoft accounts and validate if you're seeing your Gamertag from there.

I resigned to the account using Firefox and the issue persists. No idea where that gamer tag came from. Logged out and back in and still showing the CaseEwe gamer tag.

Kindly use a different browser and then make sure that you’re signed in under the correct Microsoft account. Check if it’s updated from there.

If you have paid for your gamertag change and it still hasn't changed on your end you will need to contact Official support via phone/chat

Yeah hi, yes it was my one and only free gamer tag change, it has worked for my Microsoft xbox.com account and on my Xbox 360 so can't understand what a free gamer tag change is good for if it hasn't truely changed?
