    Changed email now can't subscribe to the newsletter


    Hi,

    I've added a new email address to my account as my original one will be shut down soon. I was receiving the xbox newsletter and wanted to receive it at my new email address. However, when I go into Manage Communication Permissions there is no option there
    / tick box, to request it?

    I've seen other threads with the same issue but no solution. Seems crazy not to be able to sign up to a newsletter?

    Thanks, new email has been primary for a few weeks. Hopefully fixed now by signing up using the xbox newsletter link posted above.

    Yes, I was talking about the communication permissions. I've signed up on the second xbox newsletter link you sent. Gone back into my communication permissions and it's now showing, so hopefully that has done the trick, thanks.

    Try to make your new email as primary. It can take some more time to change email permission.
