    Hi. I moved from England 4 yrs ago to New Zealand. My Microsoft account is at least 10 yrs old. Now I have Xbox gamepass on my laptop but it is displaying prices of in game purchases in English currency and I need it in NZ dollars. When I go to make a payment it has the billing address from England. So, I have changed my billing address in Microsoft account and also changed the region to NZ, but the games in the Xbox app are still displaying English currency. The card i use is obviously an NZ card with an NZ billing address, which is updated in the Microsoft system.

    How can I start making purchases in NZ and get the app to display prices in NZ dollar.

    There's a change as of 12/19/2012. XBL support agents don't take transfers from one region to another anymore, since the time to transfer manually will take longer than the real time when a new automated region changer will show up at
    http://xbox.com/acccounts. Keep watching for that new method to appear within the next six weeks.

    I don't think they'll do it over chat. It may be over phone so they can confirm ownership of the account.

    well you are going to have issues getting canadian region locked content

    its better if you create your account from your actual region

    canadian ms points will not work with us accounts
