    Changed account email and Xbox don't work now


    I recently changed my email address for my account. I mostly play on PC with the occasional Xbox play. I went to play on the Xbox and my profile doesn't seem to download and I can't connect to anything online. Other profiles work just fine. It seems like it thinks the new email is a new profile. I've tried on 3 different Xboxes and they all can't connect to multiple games. The store doesn't work either. My gamerscore is 0 on these and has me choose my theme color on each one. I've tried removing and adding the account on each one and they all do the same. How can I get this fixed?

    I understand. I know this, it is why changing the account's email is usually kicked against. I'm just a gamer like you and this will require account access to correct

    I did that and it works, however I'm not going to be able to use my other email account? I've changed 2 other Microsoft email accounts for family members in the past and never had this issue. They also didn't have to start over with everything either. So why is this an issue now with my account?

    This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.

    I understand. You have a new email so your console thinks it's a different account signed in. Try to change the email back to the old one and that should fix it

    I don't know why Zayne to be honest. I just know that's what happens when an email address for an account is changed
