Discus and support Change xbox one to Xbox one S credit card does not work in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; When i changed my xbox one to xbox one S and i tried to paid a skin, the paid was denied.     Change xbox one to Xbox one S credit card does not work


    When i changed my xbox one to xbox one S and i tried to paid a skin, the paid was denied. I'm using the same credit card. Please i need help

    Failed purchase

    I try to purchase bo1 on the xbox one and it does not work, it says your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Help! and I am paying with credit not gift card.

    Backwards Compatibility Purchasing Issues

    To purchase a Xbox 360 game on the website or Xbox One, you need a valid payment option such as a PayPal account or a credit/debt card.

    Xbox 360 does not have this requirement and can use credit directly, like the Xbox One can with One games.

    so it also requires a credit card for purchase on xbox one? will this be changed at some point?

    Need a credit card (not a debit card or paypal account) to purchase Xbox360 games for the Xbox One?

    You need a credit card or Paypal in order to purchase backwards compatible content on the One. A debit card would be seen as credit.

    Funds from an Xbox gift card will not work on the One, but will work if you make the purchase from a 360 console.
