Change Which Microsoft Account is Attached to my Xbox Live Account

As mentioned you can't transfer data between accounts, You can change the primary emails associated with the accounts though. That may help you guys out a bit.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sadly, there is no way to transfer account information between accounts; however, if you do wish to

change the email alias for your Microsoft account used for log in, then you may do so.
An Xbox Live account is a Microsoft account for clarification.
You can swap the emails used if that would assist you further, but it would be a bit like the shell game when you mix it up.

If you need help in making the switch or would like some guidance to do so, then we'd recommend that you request a call back from Xbox Support for help.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Transferring from one account to another is not possible.

You can change the email address associated with a Microsoft Account, but you can't just change purchases
or Gamerscore, or content to another account.

Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer Data from one account to another.
