    Change where confirmation codes go for children of deceased parent


    My sister passed away she has 2 children aged 12 & 14 that requests for confirmation codes come through to her phone for xbox etc it has been 12 months now since she passed away and we are about to cancel the phone, how can we change the childrens Xbox accounts, so they are no longer under their mothers microsoft account??? I know nothing about how this all works so am unsure I am asking the correct question and can't find a phone number for support to discuss this. Thank you.

    Xbox support and you want an account take over

    Well first don't cancel the phone

    If you have access to her ms account sign in and remove.the children

    This allows.another account to take over parental controls because both accounts need a new parental account

    It been awhile.since I did it support would.be better at it

    I used to write.articles om the account recovery form lol
