    I have changed the gamer pics on my account over the last year a couple times but the picture that is on the xbox live rewards never changes. It is a picture from 4 years ago.

    Hey LicFU,

    Currently, the Gamer Picture used by the Xbox Rewards site is actually the Avatar Gamer Picture not your Xbox Gamer Picture.

    If you want to change that picture you can do so through the Avatar Menu on your console using the Gamer Picture menu or you can change it on your console using the
    Avatar Editor.

    We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
    your billing email from that screen. Also, we use Xbox 360 data for your gamerpic. If you would like to change this picture, you will have to do so from a 360 console. None of this would prevent you from earning Rewards. The "My Account" you are referring
    to is likely for the Microsoft Rewards program, not Xbox Live Rewards.

    Currently, we are only pulling gamerpic information off of a Xbox 360 data source. Our web team is currently looking into updating to a new Xbox One source, but that data is currently not showing on the website. Apologies for the confusion.

    Hello,

    You cannot use the Xbox LIVE Vision camera to change your gamer picture. The only thing that the Xbox LIVE Vision camera can be used for gamer picture related is your personal picture.

    A gamer picture is what everyone on Xbox LIVE sees for you (the ones that aren't your friends). Your friends will see what you have for your personal picture.

    Hello iHunt81,

    Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.
