    Change the region on Xbox Account


    Hello,

    I want to Change the Region of my Xbox account to Germany, since that is the place I am currently Living in and also my Microsoft account is set to.

    So I went to https://account.xbox.com/en-us/AccountMigrationConfirm but I got this Error "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later."

    I Need to Change the Region to use the Microsoft gift Code I bought, can anyone help me?

    Dan, that changes the region for the WLID account, but it does NOT change the region for the Xbox portion of the account. As Dave said, there is no way to change the region of an Xbox account once it has been set. He would have to create a new account
    that is set to Canada from the start.
