    Hi, can you help me to change the rewards program member from US to TWN because my xbox live locale is TWN and I'm spending in TWD. Is it possibly to recount the rewards to my TWN rewards program account?

    Hi FridayNight89. To change your Rewards locale, you'll need to
    opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. This will change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale. Your account will start new, with purchases beginning on your new
    enrollment date, but we can recover your pending Credits if you reach out to us again.
