    Change parent?

    You cannot change the parent account for a child account, nor the parent of a family pack membership (in case that is what you were referencing) as the family Gold membership is no longer available, but will be replaced with a new feature soon.

    I have a family account. How do I change the parent from one member to another member of the same family?

    Sorry to hear it. Only the owner of the account can get access to it. If your parent does not remember the password for their account have them click the Forgot Password option then follow the instructions provided.

    You cannot change the parent account for a child account, nor the parent of a family pack membership (in case that is what you were referencing) as the family Gold membership is no longer available, but will be replaced with a new feature soon.

    To find the parent WLID go to the gamertag, and try to change the parental controlls, it should show the parent WLID there
