Change of credit card

I managed to add another VISA card through my xbox console and it said when it was updated it will remove my old VISA details.

So lets see if this works otherwise I just don't know if I will put more effort into this. I did not get to do this from my computer browser because then it said that I could not add another VISA payment method as long as I had the other one....well that
did however work from my console so I leave it at that...

I would suggest that xbox do make this change easier so a person just could change the card number with out the need of changing payment methods and so on.

I guess I'll see if it works the 22nd this month.

I know what the problem is. My VISA card have expire so I got a new card however It will not let me edit the account info with the new card.

What I need is that someone on xbox live with the proper authority get into my account with the new credit card number.

The first link at least I got into my account but I could not delete old VISA or update it...I tried to register and alternative payment method but since there already was a VISA they did not allow that...weird since it can say that my card has expierd
but then not delete it and let me put in the new...

I guess I try a little bit more but this much hustle to register a new VISA is just ridiculous imo. Anyway thx for your help guys...

Xbox.com steps: Add or change a payment option

You can easily add or edit an Xbox LIVE payment option on Xbox.com. Here's how:

Go to My Account at Xbox.com.

Sign in using your Microsoft account (email and password) by clicking Sign In in the upper-right corner.

Note If you don't know your Microsoft account or password, please see Manage your Microsoft account.

In the Xbox LIVE membership area, click Change next to your payment option.

To add another payment option click PAY with PayPal or Add a new Credit Card. PayPal is not available in all regions. For a list of supported regions, please see Use PayPal with your Xbox LIVE account.

If you have more than one payment option, click Apply to Membership next to the payment option that you want to use for your membership.

Then, call Xbox Support directly at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and choose Option
1.
