My son is trying to change his phone number for roblox but have no idea how to do it the number linked to his roblox account is no longer in use could you give me a step by step guide in how to do this please got one stressed out teenager here thinking he's going to lose his account and will have to make a new one if you could help would appreciate it very much thank you

He also can't remember his details fir setting up the account. This us why he's so stressed and no other number is on the account to recover or change account details

Well if it had a phone number or a email linked to you account you could change your password on your Roblox account. If you do get access back into your account put on 2fa in your roblox settings. Hope this helps

Sorry to hear you're having troubles linking your Roblox account to Xbox.

This error is likely caused by the birth date you imputed on your Xbox account.

Roblox states that "Roblox is available for ages 10 and up on Xbox One" so it's possible a number may have been mistyped when setting up your Xbox account.

Follow these steps to fix your birthday on the account.

If you are trying to start ROBLOX and you will see ERROR -> "To do this change settings. You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up", then you should do this:

Go to Settings.
Select Account.
If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
Select your child's account to change settings.
Now select Privacy & online safety.
Select View details & customise.
Now go to "You can see and share content" and change it to Everybody.
Done, your child can now play Roblox.

But nowhere can i find the specific reference to number 7.
